Cold Temps = Sleepover with the Seedlings

Well, we are going to have some very cold temps tonight and probably tomorrow night so the plants get to come inside again. We spent about an hour carting them into the basement for some warmer temps and light. Currently we have roughly 70 flats of tomatoes that need tender-loving care. So, the flats that won't fit in the house got their own little hot house in the greenhouse. Crafted from aluminum, plastic sheeting, sawhorses, and some 2X6 planks of wood, the hothouse should keep those babies nice and cozy. We'll see what happens tomorrow, they will need some sort of sunlight to keep them happy. They have great care-takers though. Come on Spring!!!!
